By accessing or using Listed. services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Listed. provides virtual staging, photo editing, 3D rendering, and related real estate visual services. All services are subject to availability and our quality standards. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume.
3. Content License
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the staged images for real estate marketing purposes, including MLS listings, social media, and marketing materials. You must disclose that images are virtually staged as required by applicable MLS rules. You may not resell or sublicense the images.
4. User Responsibilities
You represent that you own or have the right to upload all photos submitted to Listed. You are responsible for ensuring you comply with MLS disclosure requirements for virtually staged images. You agree not to upload any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of order. We offer one free revision per order. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued at our discretion for work that does not meet our stated quality standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
Listed. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
